The Scoreboard Guarantee
The promise: do the work for six weeks. If the scoreboard does not move, we refund 100% of your $599.
The three conditions, all six weeks:
- 01Follow your workout plan as scheduled with your coach. Attendance is logged at every session.
- 02Send a photo of every meal to your assigned trainer. The photo log is the record.
- 03Complete your weekly progress check-in: weigh-in plus flexibility test, measured against your day-0 baseline.
The trigger: at your final day-42 check-in, if you have not lost a single pound and your flexibility has not improved at all versus day 0, you qualify.
The remedy: a full refund of your $599. Not store credit, not a discount, no arguing. If you prefer, we will instead keep coaching you free until the scoreboard moves. Your choice.
The Stronger-and-More-Flexible Guarantee
The promise: measurably stronger and more flexible in 8 weeks, or it is free. This program guarantees function, not scale weight.
The conditions: complete your two coached strength sessions each week, submit your five-minute weekly check-in, and attend your week-8 retest.
The trigger: if your 30-second chair-stand reps have not improved and your sit-and-reach flexibility has not improved over your week-1 baseline.
The remedy: your choice of a 100% refund of your $799 or free coaching until both numbers move.
The honest boundaries
If the conditions were not met, the guarantee does not apply, and we will show you the logs rather than argue. Guarantees are per person, per enrollment, and cover the program fee only. Medical circumstances that interrupt your program pause your cohort rather than void your guarantee: talk to your coach, first and early.
